Etisalat and Etihad Airways collaborate to support SMEs

Etisalat today announced a new partnership under which it became the official communication partner of Etihad Airways, in a move aimed at providing the latest mobile services and digital solutions to meet the changing needs of small and medium-sized companies in an effort to support them on their digital transformation journey.
The partnership aims to unify the efforts of “Etisalat” and Etihad Airways and share the solutions and services provided to business clients on both sides. Etihad Airways provides exclusive and valuable travel offers to all Etisalat business customers and Hello Business Hub partners for startups, while Etisalat provides Digital solutions and distinctive mobile offerings to Etihad Airways’ business customers.
The announcement of this partnership came in the presence of a group of officials from both sides. The memorandum of understanding was signed by Essam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President of Small and Medium Enterprises at Etisalat, and Fatima Al Muhairi, Vice President Sales at Etihad Airways.

Fatima Al Muhairi, Vice President of Sales, Etihad Airways, said: “This partnership is an ideal opportunity for cooperation between Etihad Airways and Etisalat to develop products, offers and distinguished activities that contribute to supporting the SME sector and the growth of its business by using the latest innovative solutions. The airline will continue to explore new opportunities aimed at improving customer experiences by cooperating with major players that contribute to supporting the UAE economy, such as Etisalat, in a way that contributes to enhancing value for Etisalat and Etihad Airways’ customers.
The memorandum includes the cooperation of the two parties in digital channels to facilitate and provide their services through the other party’s website, including: Providing business packages for mobile phones from “Etisalat” through the Etihad Corporate Loyalty Program (Business Connect), to allow Etihad Airways customers to obtain communications services and packages, in addition to providing Etihad Airways services on the Etisalat website.
