Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in strategic collaboration with Brazil’s LIDE (Grupo de Líderes Empresariais), hosted the Abu Dhabi–Brazil Partnership Summit, a high-impact gathering that brought together over 40 influential Brazilian C-suite executives and more than 120 key UAE stakeholders for a day of powerful dialogue, purposeful networking and partnership creation.

Held at the prestigious Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, the summit underscored Abu Dhabi’s position as a global industrial and investment hub, attracting international decision-makers seeking opportunities across high-growth sectors. The event served as a dynamic platform to showcase Abu Dhabi’s unique value proposition — from its robust infrastructure and innovation ecosystem to the wealth of opportunities within the emirate’s thriving investment landscape.

The summit opened with keynote remarks spotlighting the shared ambitions of the Abu Dhabi and Brazil, with a call to action for companies to join “Make it in the Emirates 2025”, a national initiative to drive industrial growth and localisation. Delegates were introduced to Abu Dhabi’s investor-friendly policies and sector-specific support systems that empower international businesses to thrive.

A central highlight of the summit was The Majlis, an exclusive forum where top executives from Brazil’s leading companies held high-level discussions with senior Abu Dhabi officials and industry partners. These conversations delved into synergies across aerospace, agribusiness, banking, infrastructure and environmental services, paving the way for strategic cross-sector collaborations.

Participants also engaged in curated matchmaking sessions designed to foster business alliances, joint ventures and bilateral investment. These engagements not only deepened trade relations, but also highlighted the immense potential for industrial co-development, knowledge exchange and technology transfer between two rapidly evolving economies.

This landmark summit marks a pivotal moment in Abu Dhabi–Brazil economic diplomacy, reinforcing ADIO’s commitment to building enduring global partnerships that catalyse innovation, unlock new markets and support sustainable growth.
