Khalifa University Accommodation PPP Project

Khalifa University seeks to develop a world-class student living accommodation solution at both its Main Campus and Sas Al Nakhl (SAN) Campus, which will promote a vibrant student campus, deliver a rich and inclusive student experience, enhance academic and doctoral studies, and attract international students.

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in collaboration with Khalifa University (KU), is pleased to invite Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in respect of the design, build, finance, maintenance and transfer of student accommodation developed across two locations, the Main and Sas Al Nakhl campuses in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with a total capacity for 3,250 students by way of a public-private-partnership procurement method (the Project). The Project will be executed by a special purpose vehicle (the Project Company) pursuant to an agreement to be executed between KU and the Project Company (the Partnership Agreement). The successful developer will own one hundred percent (100%) of the Project Company.
